Any questions?
When do I have to arrive?
When do I have to leave?
Arrival is on Thursday, March 19th 2026. If you're flying in from abroad, the idea is for you to fly as early as possible so you can make it in time for the welcome dinner and the opening circle. If you're local to Guate, you have three options: arrive early to Casa Kuxtal to enjoy the house that day, arrive early to Casa Kuxtal to #WorkFromParadise from there, or arrive in the afternoon, before our first activity at 4:30PM. If you're flying in from abroad and working full time, you’ll need to take Thursday the 19th and Friday the 20th off from work. The last official activity is Saturday the 21st at night, so if you're flying back, you can leave at ANY time on Sunday the 22nd. If you're local, or want to take an extra day off, I recommend staying and “chilling” with us at Casa Kuxtal on Sunday to integrate everything we unpacked during the retreat. This is optional.
Where is Casa Kuxtal located?
Casa Kuxtal is located in Alotenango, Guatemala—about 1.5 hours from Guatemala City. With traffic, it could take even longer, haha, so keep that in mind if you find a flight that arrives in the afternoon.
What airport do i have to arrive in?
The airport in Guatemala City is called La Aurora International Airport (GUA). We'll arrange for a trustworthy driver to pick you up from the airport and take you back.

Who can come to this retreat?
We invite women from every corner of the world to come together in a circle of presence, renewal, and sisterhood. The Citizens Retreat is about reclaiming wellness in its deepest sense—honoring our bodies, our rhythms, and the stories we carry as women.
This is not just a retreat. It’s a sanctuary to reconnect with yourself, expand your perspective, and remember the power of gathering as women. Here you’ll meet inspiring, diverse, and like-hearted souls who, like you, are seeking a life of depth, connection, and joy.
